We have a number of services that we provide to business owners. First amongst them are quality SBA loans for both real estate and for business acquisitions. Through the Small Business Administration (SBA) the government has special products available to small businesses. These are loans that are created to allow banks and other lending institutions lend to small businesses with intrinsic higher risk, where the US Government backs the loans.
For acquisition of commercial real estate, we can provide loans of up to 90% loan to value. This allows small business owners to quit renting and become owners of their own buildings with only a 10% down payment. Qualification for these programs is easy, and we can even help finance startups! Through SBA programs we also have the ability to finance Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E)!
Outside of traditional SBA loan programs we can refer our clients to a number of great services, including Revolving Lines of Credit and Accounts Receivable (AR) loans. We do NOT offer these products in house, but we partner with many local banks that provide these services.
